Although Tanzania has been considered to be at the forefront for gender equality in more recent years, there are cultural and traditional norms that prevent women from being able to work freely. At Love Nisa, we have partnered with TATU Project, a local NGO, to bring you our gorgeous Tanzania collection. TATU helped us coordinate the creation of each bracelet. With beautiful African designs, each bracelet is handmade by women in the rural village of Msitu Wa Tembo in Northern Tanzania. We hope you will help us support and empower women globally.
